平面应力相似模拟实验加载方式设计与应用

A Design and Application of Loading Mode in Similarity Simulation Experiment of Plane Stress Model

摘要: 针对应用于采矿研究的平面应力相似模拟实验,设计了一种气缸加载方式,即采用16只内径为125mm、行程为200mm的气缸进行加载,可完成对采深为1500m的矿井模拟实验。经过实际应用,该设计与传统加载方式相比,具有压力稳定、及时跟踪、低污染、低成本、不需长期维护等优点。

Abstract: Abstract: A loading mode of air cylinder was designed for mining research of mines buried less than 1500m in similarity simulation experiment of plane stress model. The designed loading mode needs 16 air cylinders with an inner diameter of 16mm and a stroke of 200mm. Based on practical application, the designed loading mode has the advantages of stable pressure, timely follow-up, low pollution and cost, no long-term maintenance compared to traditional loading modes.
